TCWP (The Creatives with Purpose) is a creative community in Kenya intentionally built to support local creatives and the businesses, brands, and organizations that work closely with them.

When nurtured with intentionally, creativity has the power to inspire ideas, create opportunities, strengthen industries, and leave a lasting legacy for both today's and future generations.
Yet many creatives continue to journey alone—without structured support, meaningful relationships, professional guidance, or clear pathways to sustainable growth. Too often, exceptional talent struggles to translate into sustainable careers, strong personal brands, thriving businesses, and lasting impact.
TCWP exists to help change that reality.
We're building more than a community—we're building a creative ecosystem where creatives are equipped to grow personally and professionally, produce quality work, build meaningful relationships, earn sustainably, and contribute to a stronger creative economy.
Our hope is to help reshape how creativity is viewed, valued, and developed—raising a generation of creatives who don't simply succeed individually, but who influence culture, strengthen industries, and contribute meaningfully to Kenya and beyond.

Meet the Founder
Meet Bernice Nyambura Maina, the Founder and CEO of The Creatives with Purpose (TCWP).
🎓 Bernice holds a First-Class Honors undergraduate degree from Strathmore University and is certified across business strategy, accounting, and digital marketing.
💼 Over the years, she has sharpened her expertise in strategic thinking, systematic and structured thinking & execution, and community building by working directly within institutions of higher learning, venture startups, and the professional corporate/business and investment space.
📝 After years of observing and supporting the development of structured business communities and ecosystems, Bernice witnessed how rapidly they accelerated the overall growth and financial success of business owners. This inspired her to ask a vital question:
"Why shouldn’t creatives have a similar space of their own? A space where they truly belong, where they can learn from one another & industry experts, access mentorship from those who have gone ahead of them to avoid costly mistakes and fast-track their growth. A space where creators can collaborate to create more and better content, sparking fresh ideas that push them to earn more in ways they never thought possible."
🚀 TCWP is the direct fruit of this vision. Today, Bernice leads the community as a structured professional ecosystem that is just taking off, and she cannot wait to watch Kenyan creatives finally THRIVE!
